ABOUT LESSONS
Lessons are aimed to teach water safety and swimming skills effectively to swimmers of all ages and abilities. Our approach focuses on building confidence in the water while ensuring proper technique and safety practices.

We’ll begin by assessing current swimming abilities so lessons can be customized to promote progress in the right direction. For those who are just beginning their swim journey, we will focus first on establishing a solid foundation of proper breath control. Their face will be going in the water during the first lesson, which may cause some discomfort but is essential in making a child water safe. Since a child’s face will go underwater if they fall in, learning to be comfortable with this early on is key to their safety. From there, we'll build by learning how to safely reach the side of the pool and either pull themselves out or make their way to the stairs. Additionally picking up skills like diving for toys, floating on thier back, and much more!

Unlike group lesssons, where, instructor’s attention is divided among several students, a dedicated one-on-one approach ensures your child receives full focus and personalized guidance.

Years of experience have shown that 15 minute lessons at least twice a week is the perfect recipe for little ones looking to learn to swim. Those who are looking to set new records on swim team or improve for other water activities a 30 minute private lesson of personalized instruction can be the best way to achieve goals. Lessons centered around what the student needs to work on without any unnecessary fluff.​​​​​​​​​
